Love

Our job is to love others without stopping to inquire whether or not they are worthy.
That is not our business and, in fact, it is nobody's business.
What we are asked to do is to love, and this love itself will render both ourselves and our neighbors worthy if anything can.

Scenes from Up North

Chloe was so happy to sit down next to Sasha and give her some love.  Sasha belongs to the owner's of the resort and wanders freely.

Daddy and Owen chillin.

Old wagon.

Mooooooooooo!

Running/blading trail.

There aren't signs like this in Atlanta.

Where we are now.

Uncle Warren and Aunt Joan's digs.

Happy 4th of July!

More interesting signs we don't see in the South.

This little guy crawled all over my seat.  Wondered if he was a cousin of the one that stung Owen a few days ago on his eyebrow.

Chloe likes the local kayaks.

Even in Minnesota in 85 degree weather, I still wear jeans and long sleeves :)

Old building on the side of the main route into Park Rapids, one of the nearby towns.

The main part of town is lined with old storefronts and middle-of-the-street parking.  My father-in-law said this street is so wide because logging trucks needed to be able to turn around in the middle at one time many years ago.

I like the old movie marquis.

We're keeping the kids away from THIS store!

They have a Ben Franklin!

Happy Birthday U.S.A. from the corner convenience store!

Tasty root beer floats sold here :)

Time to wash the dirty pigs.

Chloe found a ton of these little snail shells along the lake shore.

She liked talking to us through the screened window.  Silly girl.

This is what Hoping and Praying for Dessert looks like :)

Faster, Papa, faster!

Peace.

Say Ahhhhhhh!

Clear skies.

A local resident.

Running home.

The old barn next door.  They show movies on the back side of this once a week.
