Love

Our job is to love others without stopping to inquire whether or not they are worthy.
That is not our business and, in fact, it is nobody's business.
What we are asked to do is to love, and this love itself will render both ourselves and our neighbors worthy if anything can.

Celebrating Grandma Eloise's 92nd Birthday

Even though we were two days ahead of Grandma Eloise's 92nd birthday, we went ahead and celebrated on a Saturday.  We hung out at their house for a little while to take pictures.

She doesn't look 92, does she?

The kids wanted to play a little badminton before we left.

We went out to Red Lobster so Grandma Suzanney could draw on Owen's face. ;)

Grandma just beamed while we sang to her when cake was brought out with a few candles.

We are so fortunate to have her with us and always in such a good mood.  She has been in and out of the hospital more over the last year with crazy high blood pressure, fast pulse and stomach pains.  Her short-term memory continues to deteriorate.  But she is always smiling and laughing.

Always.
