Love

Our job is to love others without stopping to inquire whether or not they are worthy.
That is not our business and, in fact, it is nobody's business.
What we are asked to do is to love, and this love itself will render both ourselves and our neighbors worthy if anything can.

Grandma Vicki's Birthday Celebration

Grandma Vicki flew into town a week after her birthday, but the kids couldn't wait to celebrate her birthday and eat some cake!

Chloe helped blow out the candles on the cake after we sang to Grandma.
Grandma Eloise was her normal happy self, enjoying the company and the cake :)

Chloe was happy to show everyone the pretty bottle of sand she gave Grandma for her birthday.

Owen waited patiently to give Grandma Vicki one of her cards.

Chloe helped Grandma read her cards ;)

Grandma really liked her card and thought the kids did a great job signing their names to it

Owen had to show off the presents he gave to Grandma Vicki for her birthday.  He was so proud of his little wooden bucket he painted, as well as his prized candle that he wrapped especially for her.

Owen was all smiles after we finished our cake!
