Love

Our job is to love others without stopping to inquire whether or not they are worthy.
That is not our business and, in fact, it is nobody's business.
What we are asked to do is to love, and this love itself will render both ourselves and our neighbors worthy if anything can.

Lunch at the Farm

After our hike at Papago Park, we headed into Tempe for lunch at the Farm with Uncle Mike.  Chloe enjoyed a bowl of fruit.

Owen waited patiently on Grandma Sharon's lap while they made sandwiches for the rest of us.

I think she was working up to getting him good.  Grandmas can be sneaky like that! ;)

After lunch, we walked through the orchard and gardens and chicken coops to get to the artists' studios/shops.

Chloe found a cart to crawl into and make herself comfy.

She wanted me to take pictures of her, but wouldn't look at me.  She smiled beautifully and had wonderful expressions on her face.  But she still wouldn't look at me.
Afterwards, she asked, "Momma?  Do you know what I was smiling at?  I was smiling at the tree for you."  My silly little Bean.
