Love

Our job is to love others without stopping to inquire whether or not they are worthy.
That is not our business and, in fact, it is nobody's business.
What we are asked to do is to love, and this love itself will render both ourselves and our neighbors worthy if anything can.

Soccer Meet & Greet

Chloe got to meet Coach Rob this morning, although she already knows him because he lives down the street from us.  She was so proud to put on her new shirt right away!  Then we ran down the hill to check out the new soccer fields.

She is getting to be like her momma, wearing sunglasses on top of her head.

Chloe had fun running around the soccer field and mostly chased bugs.

Owen spent the whole 30 minutes kicking a soccer ball from one end of the field to the other.  Over and over.  This boy loves soccer!  I love how the fields are surrounded by tall trees.

Chloe was on the hunt for butterflies.

And unintentionally smashed its wings between her hands as she carried it around to show anyone who would look.

We are back to now hearing the soccer ball banging against the front door every waking moment when we are not eating or doing homework.  Did you know this boy loves soccer?
